AI Governance Pilot
A pilot engagement to bring real control, auditability and enforcement into your AI system
AI Governance Pilot
Controlled and Auditable AI Behaviour
Overview
This pilot introduces a simple control point into an existing AI workflow so that behaviour is not only defined in policy, but enforced and traceable in the system. The goal is to make one part of your AI system controlled, explainable and auditable in practice.
What is implemented
We take one real AI workflow in your system. We identify one point where the AI is about to act or has just acted.
- before or after a tool call
- before or after a database query
- before or after sending data to an external API
How decisions are made
At the control point, a simple rule is applied.
- keyword or phrase detection
- checking specific fields or values
- matching patterns in the input or output
Based on the rule, the system can:
- allow the action
- block the action
- modify the action
- escalate for review
- require human approval
Audit and traceability
Each decision is recorded. This provides a clear trace showing what action was attempted, what rule was applied, what decision was made and why that decision was taken.
Rules
Rules are written using your organisation’s language, not technical code. They are customised to your organisation and reflect your internal policies, regulatory requirements and specific risk areas.
Up to 10 rules are included in this pilot.
Outcome
- one AI workflow with real control in place
- clear visibility over how decisions are made
- a working example of enforceable governance
- audit-ready evidence for that part of the system
Scope and delivery
- One AI workflow
- One control point
- Up to 10 rules
- Implementation and integration included
Pricing and timeline
Fixed pilot price: $2,500
Time: 2–3 weeks depending on system complexity
